If any item you’d really like is sold out, please let us know! This is our waitlist feature that is available 24/7 through our app.

If your size is sold out, please be sure to WAITLIST for that item and then PRE-AUTHORIZE your waitlist. We will attempt to re-order but we only order for that have PRE-AUTHORIZED their waitlist. Authorizing your waitlist also puts you right in the front of the line to be guaranteed one first IF/WHEN we can restock that item.

PRE-AUTHORIZING your waitlist means you are authorizing a card to be charged ONLY IF/WHEN an item can be restocked (depending on if we can get them back in from that vendor). If we are unable to restock an item for any reason, you will receive an email notification if it won’t ever be restocked. You are never charged for an item unless it is restocked, and you’ll be notified through your app and email notification.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we do not control it completely because many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Be aware that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.

Your item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It should also be in the original packaging.
